Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Account Administrator. As an Account Administrator, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to the accounting department. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing supplier invoices ensuring all relevant approval has been received.
- Processing monthly accounts and reconciliations.
- Assisting with quarterly VAT returns.
- Assisting and overseeing departmental budgets.
- Supporting the Finance Manager with accurate financial reporting.
- Ad hoc accounting duties.

**Skills**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within an Accounts function.
- Awareness of overall month end processes.
- Excellent MS Excel skills.
- Excellent SAGE 950 skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.
- Have a systematic approach to work.
