- Manage and maintain financial records and documents
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data
**Requirements**:
- 1 Years experience in accounts admin.
- Proven experience as an Account Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in Sage, Xero, would be preferential but not essential.
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
