Totally Wicked has an exciting opportunity for a **National Accounts** **Administrator** to join our team in Blackburn. The purpose of this role is to support our customers, ensuring all operational tasks are completed to agreed timescales.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Order management, including processing, inputting and tracking
- Maintaining accurate customer records, whilst keeping internal systems and databases up to date
- Providing clear, concise and professional customer communication
- General administration duties including maintaining and updating logs, databases, performance trackers and ensuring that information is accurate and up to date
- Creating sales reports generated from sales data
- Dealing with our carriers on queries/missing parcels/proof of deliveries
- Building and maintaining good working relationships
- Supporting the wider business with projects and ad hoc requests, in line with company strategy
- Supporting the Field Merchandising team with queries/additional orders/returns/POS requirements

**About you**:

- Team player who takes responsibility for their own workload
- Prior experience in an Administration role
- Excellent organisation skills
- Competent in Microsoft packages, particularly Outlook, Word & Excel
- Customer service focussed with a positive can-do attitude
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to multi task, prioritise and meet deadlines
