Accounts Administrator 3 Month-ftc

We are currently looking to support a busy office with an Accounts Administrator who can support them over the next couple of months as they work their way through this busy time. The role will involve working across the departments and supporting generic administration but will primarily sit between finance and sales.
Responsibilities will include
- Manage the customer relationship from the outset, dealing with sales queries and monitoring accuracy around orders.
- Monitoring the order process and ensure timely completion and documentation on the system.
- Work closely with the finance department in managing processes around sales, billing, and order completion.
- Support the accounts department with adhoc administration, primarily around billing.
- Maintain the customer database and ensure accurate records/data.
- Liaise with internal and external parties around customer orders and ensure effective and timely service.
This is a great role to get someone through the summer and support the current team as they navigate the workload at this time of growth for the business.
You will be able to start work ASAP and bring with you a wealth of customer service and administration knowledge, that can then be applied within this fast-paced environment quite quickly. You must be accurate and committed to providing the best customer service you can, yet also adhere to high levels of back-office administration and invoicing processes.

Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
Schedule:
