**Job Overview**:
Join our dynamic team at Blue Ribbon Health and Wellbeing as an Office Administrator, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our business during a period of significant growth. Reporting directly to the Business Support Officer, this position offers a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to the smooth operation of our administrative functions. This is for a 3 month fixed term contract with a possibility to turn permanent in the future.

**Responsibilities**:

- Office Support:_
- Welcome visitors at reception, ensuring their safety and a positive experience.
- Perform data entry roles, updating personnel records and databases.
- Maintain office supplies inventory for seamless operations.
- Administration:_
- Procure office essentials such as stationery, tea, coffee, and refreshments.
- Organize paper archiving to support our digital transition.
- Manage office filing/systems, organizing and storing paperwork and documents.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy.
- Equipment Management:_
- Maintain office equipment like photocopiers, arranging repairs and services.
- Coverage and Coordination:_
- Ensure reception and the office are adequately covered during staff absences.
- Undertake other duties as required to support business operations.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year's experience in a related role (Office Assistant, Receptionist, etc.).

**Skills/Abilities & Knowledge**:

- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Presentation skills and knowledge of customer services.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting procedures.
- Proficient in office management tools, word processors, and spreadsheets.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving skills and an aptitude for helping others.
