**Job description**
- Manage the Import/Export process from start to finish.
- Create and obtain approval for orders, and also document cost data
- Preparation of shipping documentation in line with the appropriate HM Revenue and Customs regulations and internal procedures.
- Liaise with the suppliers and freight forwarders for imports and exports.
- Resolving import / export and shipping queries
- Managing Customs Warehouse processes and maintaining accurate records
- Reconcile under/over VAT & Duty payments
- Coordinate the delivery of goods with our warehouse
- Any other reasonable duties associated with the role or projects assigned to meet the overall objectives of the role.
- Knowledge of Import/Export
- 2+ years’ experience
- Excel and outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and record keeping skills
- Good commercial awareness of the industry
- You will be highly organised, methodical and efficient in your approach to working
- You will have strong communication (both written and verbal) skills
- You will be a team player
- You will have the ability to remain calm within a fast-paced ever-changing environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: Up to £28,000.00 per year
