**HR Change Executive**

As a HR Change Executive you will manage the successful delivery of colleague impacting change & HR initiatives across a variety of business areas within the organisation, to maximise the success of the initiatives, change projects & programmes. Using your knowledge of change management you will support business leaders implement & embed change based on a defined change strategy, helping to navigate the change landscape and manage the reaction to change. You will work on the delivery of people related change projects that have the greatest impact on our business, placing our values at the heart of everything you do.

What you need to do
- Ensure people change projects and programmes meet their intended objectives, on time, to the required standard by maximising colleague adoption and usage
- Support colleague communication efforts and implementation of communication plans, when required for colleague impacting change
- Manage and take ownership for query management resolution related to the HR or people change initiative, escalating to the HR Change Specialist or Head of HR Change where required
- Evaluate resistance in adopting the change during the implementation phase at the user, process, and technology level and inform solutions to manage resistance
- Manage relationships between stakeholders impacted by the change through anticipating the response to change, providing support and coaching to managers and leaders as needed
- Continually improve our approaches to change by evaluating and suggesting improvements to the colleague change delivery and implementation process
- Capture and embed lessons learnt from the delivery of change through completion of appropriate post implementation reviews
- Track, monitor and report on delivery progress of colleague change initiatives with key stakeholders and business leaders
- Up skill business leaders to successfully lead, implement & embed change programmes ensuring that respect for our colleagues is at the heart
- Hold leaders to account for the delivery of change, coaching and supporting them to role model the values during the change
- Maintain all project plans, governance and status reporting to ensure compliance to timeframe

What you need to know and show
- Have a credible working knowledge of change management practices, methodologies and tools with a basic understanding of project management tools and principles
- Experience of managing and leading change implementation & delivery
- The ability to recognise practical implications outside immediate remit to enable the team to succeed
- Proactive in planning ahead even if working with ambiguity, anticipating risks & dependencies even if outside core remit, focusing on the right priorities, demonstrating our values
- Responsive to change and embraces change at pace
- Show courage to challenge, address the blockers and stop when things are not working
- Identifying who can affect decisions and directly influence them to drive agreement on an agenda
- Understand the perspectives and agenda of stakeholders and take this into account when influencing
- The ability to build longer term relationships with relevant stakeholders based on collaboration
- The willingness to develop a strong network within the wider organisation, learning about other divisions & brands
- Displays mature and grounded confidence, responding in an appropriate manner to criticism and remaining optimistic in the face of obstacles
