HR & Change Specialist

Working closely with and reporting directly to the Global HR Director for Gallagher Re, the key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Act as a solution point for complex queries, liaising with all relevant parties across the business
- Provide data analysis on trends providing KPI's and recommendations on potential areas for improvement
- Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, legislation, and change management
- Collaborating with managers to develop on people management skills
- Leading and providing support on HR projects and initiatives
- Partnering with the wider HR team on employee life cycle events
- Advising leaders and colleagues in HR policies and procedures, and mentoring in the adoption of new approaches
- Leading on HR Transformation initiatives, using their skills and experience to execute HR enablement
**Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications**:
- Experienced in HR process management, able to work with mínimal supervision, with confidence and a strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate and maintain knowledge and expertise in their own field
- Experience in managing change and a track record of delivering change
- Ability to prioritise a breadth of work, while meeting critical deadlines
- Focused, have a can-do approach and prepared to go above and beyond
- Be a team player with the ability and confidence to work independently and collaboratively
- Undertake complicated tasks made up of several elements that require planning and judgement
- Project management mindset, experience and well-developed collaboration skills
- Be a strong communicator and confident with working with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation
- Demonstrate good level of IT literacy with strong knowledge of HR Systems and data analytics
