We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Ecommerce Executive to manage the online sales function from our new depot in Wellingborough.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Online Lubricants Ecommerce channels (eBay, Amazon, Websites
- Shopify)
- Advertise products and create product listings
- Liaise with operations on stock and capacity
- Responding to enquiries from eBay and Amazon
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Identify opportunities to increase the online activity
- Daily maintenance of online sales channels
- Picking and packing products for delivery
- Booking parcels with courier companies
- Liaise with courier companies for best price and service

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in Ecommerce and online sales
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer focused
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent IT Skills
- Knowledge of Shopify is desirable but not essential
- Above all, excellent attitude and willingness to learn are essential
