We have an excellent opportunity for an eCommerce Marketing Executive to join our Comet team. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of our eCommerce operations, constantly looking to improve the customer experience and contribute to the growth and success of our brand. **Main Responsibilities**
- Analyse customer behaviour and trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimise website performance and usability.
- Maintaining and updating sales platforms ensuring a seamless user experience and addressing any technical issues as they arise.
- Execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns that generate and drive footfall in-store and online.
- Developing SEO/Paid Search/Paid Social Marketing Plans and campaigns to ensure growth in new customer acquisition and maximise on returning customers.
- Optimise audience targeting, ad creation, budget allocation, and performance analysis, to maximise ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
- Prepare reports and analyse conversion numbers and general performance of all platforms - justifying expenditure and providing transparency to stakeholders.
- Visual merchandising to ensure our stock is in best position and adjust trading / marketing channels accordingly.
- Supporting the development of segment/product strategic marketing plans which are aligned to business objectives, timelines, and budgets, and focus on driving organic growth, audience engagement and brand awareness.
- Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and inform decision-making processes.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Market experience, ideally with a CIM qualification but not essential
- Experience and knowledge of Shopify, marketplace and third-party apps and plug ins.
- Experience of being able to juggle multiple products / brands, multiple tasks, can work to a plan and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate and influence staff and managers at all levels.
- Able to work as a project lead and effective management of eCommerce team.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, Google Ads, algorithms, and best practices.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
