This is an exciting, creative and dynamic business with a 70+ strong team and purpose-built facility with fantastic equipment and resources.

Our Conference Expo brand is aimed at event organiser of conferences, events and exhibitions with exhibiting sponsors between 5-75. Meanwhile, our Nimlok Portables division provides an extensive range of high quality cost effective carry-in display products for small events, hospitality branding, in-store promotion and temporary signage. These are sold directly via our website.

**What We Are Looking For**:
As the Social Media Executive, you will be instrumental in developing and executing our social media strategy across key platforms. This role is new to Nimlok and designed for a dynamic and creative individual passionate about storytelling, capable of capturing and showcasing our projects' essence through engaging video and static content. You will be the voice of our brands, bringing internal stories and client successes to the forefront to engage and expand our online community.

**Responsibilities**
- Work alongside Marketing Manager to build and implement the a comprehensive social media strategy for LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok, aligning with our brand's vision and goals.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (videos, photos, graphics, and written) across social platforms.
- Responsible for the shooting and editing of video.
- Work closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to develop campaigns that promote our products and services, driving engagement and leads.
- Condense long-form content (e.g. articles, guides) into engaging social media copy.
- Travel to exhibition venues in the UK to capture engaging stand footage and testimonials for social media content.
- Support internal sales teams with content they can publish to their LinkedIn networks
- Co-ordinate, brief and manage any professional photography/videography process requests of client stands with internal business stakeholders and external parties.
- Manage a social media calendar and schedule content across all brand owned social channels including Instagram, and TikTok
- Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and technologies, recommending new ideas to enhance our social media presence.
- Other ad hoc marketing tasks when required.

**What We Need From You**:

- Previous experience in social media marketing/comms with success in managing social media channels and types of content.
- Ability to create unique content with an understanding for the power of storytelling
- Copywriting skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful hook using captions, to using effective storytelling techniques
- Editing skills to be able to curate content using social media apps, canva, capcut or equivalent.
- Experience with creating video stories (Reels/Titkok)
- Dynamic, enthusiastic self-starter, that enjoys working in a team environment.
- Full UK Driving licence with the ability to commute to the office.
