Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business. This is a full-time position based in our office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Assist with financial tasks such as processing invoices and managing expenses using QuickBooks
- Support the operations team with various administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or operations role preferred
- Proficiency in using computerized systems and software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £11.00-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
