Operations Coordinator

We're seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our Inspection, Maintenance and Testing team in Manchester.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and dispatching works for regional field staff, ensuring timely completion and first-time fixes.
- Liaising with clients, management, and updating WFM tickets within expected timeframes.
- Arranging access and collaborating with SP's to ensure engineer safety and site compliance.
- Working with regional dispatchers, sub-contractors, and the management team to optimize IMT contract operations.
- Updating site databases and reporting inaccuracies for further investigation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role with work assignment to engineers.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
