Facilities Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our Corporate Estates team in Manchester. This role will involve supporting the Facilities team in planning, coordinating, and administering day-to-day FM business activities to ensure smooth running and statutory compliance of the Facilities Management Operation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Raising requests for various works, including maintenance, reactive, and remedial tasks, and ensuring all required documentation is received.
- Liaising with internal clients and attending meetings as required.
- Supporting with budgeting, annual forecasting, and processing contractor invoices.
- Monitoring Concept to ensure all works are recorded, carried out on time, and jobs are closed out correctly.
- Ensuring all statutory compliance is completed on time and documentation is on file.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience in a Facilities team and knowledge of Commercial Maintenance requirements. You will also need strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as business finance systems and other contract-specific systems.
