Operations Coordinator

We're seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our Inspection, Maintenance and Testing team in Manchester.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and dispatching works for regional field staff, ensuring timely completion and first-time fixes.
- Liaising with clients, management, and WFM teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensuring site safety and access requirements are met, prioritizing engineer safety.
- Collaborating with regional dispatchers, sub-contractors, and admin teams to optimize IMT contract operations.
- Updating site databases accurately and promptly, reporting inaccuracies for further investigation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a focus on work assignment and coordination.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
