Reporting to the Creative Operations Manager, the Creative Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the success of an optimally functioning agency. Assisting the Operations manager, you will oversee the day-to-day assignments and delivery of all projects of the studio by liaising with stakeholders, gathering information and facilitating communications between all parties involved in project execution.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the day-to-day trafficking of creative requests.
- Coordinate with Ops and HR regarding freelance hires to ensure all seat locations and IT are set up when needed.
- Assess skill sets within the various department and assign appropriate talent to projects accordingly.
- Work closely with project management to monitor and enforce project constraints that could affect workloads (schedule / scope / resources).
- Oversee out of office calendar, identifying conflicts to reporting managers and project management when necessary.
- Partner with project management to maintain list of ongoing projects.
- Assist in the day-to-day management of operations and help drive organizational process.
- Attend internal status meetings, when necessary, to stay up to date on all accounts and projects.
- Track various department assignments and related workload to identify potential instances of excessive use or under-utilisation of talent, and solve any potential issues.
- Assist with analysing department team hours against budgets.
- Collaborate with departments on facilitating reputation management (i.e. award shows, internal initiatives, culture).
- Support recruitment in alignment of freelance talent needs and/or vendors to partner with the agency on projects and assignments.
- Manage on-boarding of freelance new hires to ensure they receive on-boarding to client and agency process.
- Facilitate weekly resource meetings with all departments and identify necessary business needs and support.
- Adhere to agency process and financial policies.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years’ experience in an agency environment.
- Experience multi-tasking and problem solving under pressure in a fast-paced, highly-creative environment.
- Strong organisation, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to balance and prioritise business objectives.
- Skilled in fostering positive and constructive interaction with clients and employees at all levels of the organisation.
- Handles confidential information and sensitive topics within all levels of agency.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
