Job Overview:
**Core Duties**
- Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs
- Provide training to employees on safety protocols and procedures
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and develop corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions
- Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and changes in safety regulations
- Prepare reports on safety performance and present findings to management
- Risk assessment
- To advise and assist the Director, to meet and interpret their duties and obligations under applicable Health & Safety Acts, regulations and industry technical guidance.
- To assist in achieving a safe working and caring environment, and to prevent harm from occurring while promoting a positive health and safety culture as a core value.

**Key Skills**
- Excellent report writing
- First aid certification is preferred
- Experience with root cause analysis techniques
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Own transport essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44 per hour
