Capita Public deliver services and solutions that keep the UK government running and improving services to the public. We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join our Local Public Services HSE Team in Glasgow, focusing on HSE activities related to our clients in the construction sector.

Job Requirements:
  • Circa 5 years' experience in Health and Safety, preferably in Construction or Electrical/Mechanical installation.
  • NEBOSH General or NEBOSH Construction Certificate, CSCS card, and experience in health and safety auditing, risk management, governance, and business processes within the construction or outsourcing sector.
  • Ability to provide competent HSE guidance to all levels, advanced MS Excel Skills, and experience in health and safety management.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive basic salary of up to £37,000, 23 days' holiday (rising to 27), the opportunity to take a paid day out of the office volunteering for charity partners, auto-enrolment to our company pension, life assurance, cycle2work scheme, 15 weeks' fully paid maternity, adoption and shared parental leave, paternity pay of two weeks, and other benefits.
