**Package**: £22,308 - £26,000 depending on experience

**Vent-Axia**, **part of Volution Group plc,** improves the indoor environment by providing ventilation solutions across the Residential and Commercial New Build, Repair and Maintenance segments of the UK construction market with a focus in Private and Public housing, New Build developments and Commercial and Industrial buildings.

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Payments Administrator** to join our team. As a Payments Administrator, you will be responsible for processing payments for works undertaken by the Field Service team

You'll support internal and external customers with service and payment enquiries, as well as warranty and non-warranty requests by ensuring timely processing of paperwork.

You will also assist with arranging and allocating Service visits for the Field Engineers (80% Payment processing - 20% Service Admin).

**Duties**:

- Respond to all incoming payment enquires ensuring all information obtained from customer is accurate.
- Process orders on behalf of the customer for payment.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of payment system.
- Develop product / promotional knowledge
- Process replacement orders - obtaining appropriate sign-off as applicable.
- Resolve pending payment issues - liaising with the customer or Credit Control.
- Escalate problematic issues to the Line Manager, as appropriate.
- Liaise with the service department with regards to customer feedback and job status
- Initiate add-on sales and up selling when the opportunity arises.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience within a similar role with the ability to multi-task
- Experience in document control management would be desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
