Accounts Administrator

Recruitment solutions are looking for an experienced accounts assistant to join a reputable company based in Dudley.
- Preparing and entering supplier invoices
- Authorise and process supplier BACS payments
- Control and reconcile daily/weekly/monthly petty cash
- Reconcile company credit card statements and receipts
- Update all aspects of the purchase ledger using Sage 50
- Extract financial reports for liaison with the company director
- Process VAT returns
- Work closely with the office manager, company accountant and Sales Ledger Agent
Other duties will include general administration, taking calls, processing card payments, filing, preparing quotes and contracts.
**Qualifications/Skills/Experience**
Knowledge of **Sage 50 essential**
Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
**Experience in accounts/finance/ is essential.**
Require **minimum** Level 1 Bookkeeping/Accounts.
Experience in a fast-paced office environment is essential.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to prioritise workload.
Ability to work under pressure.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm
Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
