**The Role**
Airband is seeking Sales Administrators to join our expanding business. We are an Internet Service Provider bringing broadband to rural communities through a mixture of technologies. Having secured several £multimillion projects, and with the view of acquiring more, we are looking to recruit new colleagues into the business.
We are looking for a Sales Administrators who go beyond the expected. **Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Input customers orders into DWS Portal
- Monitor daily the Lead distribution list from Salesforce and circulate to Sales Team.
- Monitor daily the web enquiries list from Salesforce and circulate to Sales Team.
- Answer all customer queries within 48 hour SLA.
- Liaise with customers due for their renewals on a daily basis.
- Daily log and accurately maintain CRM (Salesforce)
- Attend meetings as and when required.
- Undertake a variety of sales administrative tasks
**Qualifications/Skills/Attributes**:
- Previous experience in a customer service role essential.
- Attention to detail when using a CRM
- Previous work within a sales environment preferable.
- Experience of telephone sales role preferable.
- Problem-solving attitude who ‘thinks outside the box.’
- Positive outlook and ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Excel preferable.
