Administrative Support Coordinator

We are looking for an Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Hewett Recruitment on a temp-to-perm basis.
The ideal candidate will be an efficient and effective administrator, with a passion for delivering high-quality customer service. As a key member of our support team, you will provide administrative support to our sales and marketing teams, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and exceed customer expectations.
- Manage customer service requests, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
We are offering a competitive salary of £22,000 - £26,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career prospects.
Requirements:- Proven administration and IT literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
