Job Summary

Hewett Recruitment is seeking an experienced Payroll Processing Coordinator to process client payrolls, submit pension data, and provide payslips and reports.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a payroll bureau or accountant environment, with strong IT skills including Excel, Word, and payroll software.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a small team, managing various aspects of payroll processing, including weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Submit pension data and provide payslips and reports
  • Calculate statutory parental, sick, and holiday pay
  • Manage HMRC and administrative tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous payroll experience in a bureau or accountancy practice
  • Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Word, and payroll software
  • Auto-enrolment knowledge and Sage data exchange experience

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm

Location: Droitwich, Worcestershire

Salary: Circa £30,000 per annum
