As a Payroll Services Specialist with Hewett Recruitment, you will be responsible for processing client payrolls on various frequencies, including weekly, fortnightly, and monthly.

A key member of our team, you will submit pension data, provide payslips and reports, calculate statutory parental, sick, and holiday pay, and manage HMRC and administrative tasks.

  • Process weekly, 2 weekly, 4 weekly, and monthly payrolls
  • Submit pension data and provide payslips and reports
  • Calculate statutory parental, sick, and holiday pay
  • Deal with client queries and complete year-end returns
  • Manage HMRC and general administrative tasks
Key Requirements:
  • Previous payroll experience, ideally in a bureau or accountancy practice
  • Good IT skills, including Excel, Word, and payroll software
  • Auto-enrolment knowledge and Sage data exchange experience are advantageous
  • Excellent administration and telephone skills

Estimated Salary: £30,000 per annum
