**Job Opportunity: Spare Parts Sales Administrator**

**Position**: Spare Parts Sales Administrator
**Reporting to**: Director of Sales
**Responsibilities**:As a Spare Parts Sales Administrator, your primary role will involve managing inquiries and orders for spare parts. Collaborate closely with area sales managers, engineers, and our manufacturing team to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
Handle inquiries related to spare parts sales.
Process and manage customer inquiries efficiently.
Follow up on customer orders to guarantee on-time delivery.
Analyze sales data by product type and customer.
Assist area sales managers in obtaining orders.
Provide product information to customers upon request.
Prepare and issue internal contract documentation.
Offer after-sales and customer support.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of GCSE in Maths, English, and Science.
**Experience**:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficient in IT (Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Technical background and prior experience in a similar role advantageous.
**Personal Qualities**:
- High level of self-sufficiency.
- Well-organized and results-oriented.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to adhere to procedures and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.
- Capability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
**Working Hours**:
- 37 hours per week (Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Friday: 8:30 am - 1:30 pm).
**Package**:
- Basic salary: £25,000
- Commission (paid quarterly): 0.2% of gross margin on spare sales of Inductotherm Europe and Inductotherm Germany (approx. £7,000 per annum).
- Pension contributions in line with Auto-enrolment (5% Employee, 4% Employer).
- Life insurance (up to 4 times salary).
- 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), additional days based on service (plus 2 days after 5 years, plus 3 days after 10 years).
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
