As a front desk representative and administrative assistant, your tasks will include answering phones, greeting customers, preparing job cards, ordering parts and completing invoices. You will also be required to communicate with customers about job progress And process payments and enter purchase and sales invoices onto sage.

some knowledge of Sage and the motor trade would be an advantage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to phone calls and greet clients as they enter the office.
- Manage messages between staff members and clients.
- Order parts
- Prepare job cards and raise invoices
- process purchase invoices.
- Clerical work such as photocopying, faxing, printing, scanning, filing documents.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
