**Receptionist**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join our main office in Droitwich. As Receptionist your key areas of responsibility will be to cover a busy switchboard and greet clients and visitors to the office. The role not only involves answering the telephone and greeting visitors, it also extends to a wide range of responsibilities which includes the timely resolution of complex customer queries. You will maintain high levels of professionalism, striving for high customer satisfaction by redirecting incoming calls. To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a genuine passion for customer service and enjoy working as part of a team. It is imperative you can be calm and friendly under pressure and understand what it takes to deliver an amazing customer service expected from our client.

**Duties will include**:
- To ensure that all clients and visitors are greeted with a friendly welcome and offered the highest standards of customer care
- Working together with your colleagues to make sure you deliver consistently great service
- To support with providing refreshments across the office
- To provide an effective, efficient telephone service when answering all incoming telephone calls and ensuring calls are transferred to the appropriate colleagues for resolution of the query
- To take accurate messages and details allowing the call to be dealt with in a time manner
- Board room and meeting room diary management
- Keep your line manager up to date with any problems and follow up where necessary
- Ensure the working environment across the office is kept tidy
- Opening post and distributing it out to the correct person / Scanning post
- Dealing with redirections
- Monitoring inbox and distributing as necessary
- Taking potential new client calls and sending information to relevant individual
- Demonstrable track record of working in a Receptionist or similar administrative role with client facing activity
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively
- Working knowledge of MS Office systems, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must be able to work as part of a team and under own initiative.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent Customer service skills both face to face and telephone based
- Competent IT skills including Outlook and Microsoft Word
**Desirable qualifications/skills**:
- Reception experience within an Accountancy firm or professional services environment
- Previous experience of telephony system
