About Our Practice

Portman Dental Care is a state-of-the-art dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and service. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and friendly individual to provide exceptional patient service and support to our dental team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting patients, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support to our dentists and hygienists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient service and ensure a positive experience for all patients
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling patient communications, and maintaining accurate records
  • Provide administrative support to our dental team, including preparing patient charts, processing insurance claims, and maintaining office supplies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, dentists, and hygienists to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow

Requirements

  • Previous front of house reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting)
  • A positive attitude, empathetic, and well-organized
  • The ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues and highly motivated to offer a warm and welcoming environment
  • Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues, and exceptional standards of care
