**Training Coordinator**

The FT Construction Group have an exciting opportunity for a full time (flexible) exceptionally organised Training Coordinator to join a small dynamic team. We are a highly respected and successful, family-owned, Construction Group operating throughout Yorkshire and the Northeast.

**Main Duties**
- Ensuring all office and site-based employees have in date training qualifications and tickets
- Developing, maintaining and overseeing the training matrix for 250+ employees
- Meeting with Managers/Supervisors to create training plans
- Claiming CITB Grants
- Creation of annual training budget
- Booking training courses, i.e. CITB, etc
- Filing of certificates, maintain training database
- General admin tasks for HSEQ department
- Highly organised with an eye for detail and a proven track record in administration.
- Have good organisational skills
- Experience in a similar role
