**Job Title: Operations Coordinator**

Job Summary: The Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of daily operations within an organization. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to coordinate various operational activities, streamline processes, and support the overall success of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Operational Coordination: Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring they are executed efficiently and within established guidelines.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes, develop and implement improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, documents, and reports related to operations, ensuring timely and relevant information is available to stakeholders as required.

Resource Management: Assist in managing and allocating resources, including personnel, equipment, and supplies, to support operational needs effectively.

Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among various departments, teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and achieve common goals.

Problem Resolution: Identify operational issues and challenges, propose solutions, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.

Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies, conducting quality checks to maintain high standards of operations.

Training and Development: Assist in developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of operational staff, promoting continuous improvement.

Risk Management: Identify and assess operational risks, implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies, and contribute to the development of contingency plans.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.

Work between cross departmental roles of Production, Warehouse, Artwork and Purchasing. The role will help assist and cross over between all departments. This could involve stock control to production planning.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in coordinating operational activities and implementing process improvements.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and propose solutions.

Proficiency in using relevant software and tools to manage and analyze operational data.

Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to operations.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
