About the Job:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of Care Assistants

  • Ensure all residents receive dignified and respectful care, tailored to their individual needs

Your Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Health & Social Care
  • Demonstrated expertise in caring for older adults
  • An empathetic and patient approach, with a focus on resident satisfaction
