We are seeking a motivated Senior Care Assistant to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to our residents. This is a varied role that involves supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants.

About the Role:

  • Supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants
  • Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews
  • Respect the dignity and preferences of our residents while creating a warm and welcoming environment

About You:

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
  • A compassionate and committed individual who prioritizes resident-centered care

Salary and Benefits:

  • Paid hourly rate with opportunities for overtime
  • An attractive salary range of £20-£25 per hour
