Lead Care Professional

Pebbles Care Careers is seeking a highly skilled Registered Manager to lead our cluster of homes as a Cluster Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who is committed to promoting the development of children and young people. You will work closely with our senior management team to ensure that our homes provide high-quality care and support.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in childcare and a proven track record of leadership. They will be able to create a positive and supportive environment for young people, and develop effective relationships with staff, parents, and external partners.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, including staff supervision and recruitment
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve quality and outcomes
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure consistency and excellence across the cluster
We offer a comprehensive package, including a salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for career development and progression.
