Bank Care Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Bank Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and helping to create a sense of community within our care homes.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a can-do attitude. You will also need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends. We offer a competitive salary range of £10-£14 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents with their personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Assist with meal times and snacks, ensuring residents receive the food and drink they need.
