Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration to join our team as a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality care to our residents, while also motivating and inspiring our multidisciplinary team to achieve their best.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent clinical skills, a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification, and experience in managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments. A strong understanding of budget management, sales and marketing, and supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship is also essential. Additionally, you must be compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Motivating and inspiring our multidisciplinary team to achieve their best
  • Leading by example and monitoring standards through regular audits and clinical practice
  • Developing and delivering strategies to improve patient outcomes
