About the Role:

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • To supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants in providing exceptional care to our residents
  • To support the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication management and care planning
  • To work collaboratively with the Deputy General Manager to ensure seamless delivery of care services

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You should also possess specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly and have excellent communication skills.
