About the Role:
At Barchester Healthcare, we're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Bank Senior Care Assistant. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- To supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants in providing exceptional care to our residents
- To support the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication management and care planning
- To work collaboratively with the Deputy General Manager to ensure seamless delivery of care services
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You should also possess specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly and have excellent communication skills.
Salary and Benefits:
