Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at an NHS care home. This is a rewarding opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents. You will also provide hands-on care, administer medications, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

The ideal candidate will have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including NMC registration paid every year, free training and development opportunities, and access to wellbeing and support tools.
