Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at an NHS care home. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting health assessments, and developing treatment plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.

The ideal candidate will have current NMC registration, a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices, and experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments. An understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, is also essential.

Responsibilities

Requirements
