About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, creating personalized care plans, and providing clinical guidance to colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment outcomes

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration, a strong understanding of clinical practices, and excellent communication skills. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments is highly desirable.
