About the Role

As a Senior Clinical Operations Manager at Crooton Ltd, you will play a vital leadership role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. Working closely with the General Manager, you will take on responsibilities for overseeing the clinical aspects of our care home, ensuring that we maintain our exceptional standards.

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate individual who is passionate about providing excellent patient care. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our care services, including developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures, leading clinical teams, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and their families. They will also possess strong leadership and management skills, with experience of managing clinical teams and budgets.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life insurance, and access to training and development opportunities.
