Care Coordinator

**About the Role**
We are seeking a friendly and organised Care Coordinator to join our team at McCarthy Stone. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents and their families.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors to the Estate office and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Managing incoming calls and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Producing letters and other correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organising bookings and distributions of our newsletter on a monthly basis.
- Providing administrative support to the Estates Manager.
About You:
- A caring and friendly personality who wants to make a difference for our residents.
- Previous experience in an administrative role or customer service is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to be considerate, patient, and professional in a busy office environment.
- Clear and confident communication skills and experience of using Microsoft Office.
