**Responsibilities**:

- Work on manufactures web portals, administering warranty claims and parts orders
- Arranging all types of caravans’ service, warranty work and repair work
- Schedule engineer work both internally and externally
- Ensure all engineers’ work is recorded with suppliers and on our database
- Liaise with retail and trade customers, providing excellent communication progress updates
- Liaise with manufacture account managers and colleagues
- Receive the delivery of parts and assign to engineers

**Experience**:

- Customer Service : 1 Year
- Administration: 1 Year

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
