**About the Role:**

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate - Apprenticeship to join our team at NFU Mutual. As an apprentice, you will be responsible for providing first-class service to our customers and developing your skills in the insurance industry.

**Key Tasks:**

  1. Support agency partners and their clients by managing renewals, administration, and policy processing.
  2. Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and sales tasks with a positive attitude.
  3. Identify and recommend suitable products to ensure complete client protection.

**What You Need to Succeed:**

  • Excellent communication and IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Previous commercial insurance experience is beneficial but not necessary, as comprehensive training is provided.
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English or equivalent experience.
