We are seeking a highly skilled customer support agent to join our team at NFU Mutual in Kendal.

Job Description
  • Manage and process general insurance policies, providing personalized support to customers.
  • Handle customer enquiries, new quotations, policy alterations, sales tasks, and administration with a proactive attitude.
  • Identify and advise on a range of products to ensure customers have comprehensive protection.
About You
  • You must be able to build strong relationships through effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You should have strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, and be able to adapt quickly to new systems.
  • No prior commercial insurance experience is required as full training will be provided.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English or equivalent experience.
