Business Admin Partner

The role will include the following responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of development material for the delivery team.
- To provide coaching support to Summiteers and learners to help them progress through their work tasks.
- To comply with the requirements of internal quality assurance measures to ensure that the provider always maintains the quality standards of the apprenticeship programme.
- To participate in appropriate team meetings, including quality evaluations, and to keep up-to-date with the development of standards and general changes in provision.
- Supporting the organising of the OD Diary, organising meetings, following up with clients
- Meeting dates, collating and issuing agendas and papers, arranging venues and catering, taking minutes.
- Ensure that all filing, both paper and electronic, complies with our data protection guidelines.
- Provide the day-to-day administration for the office (drafting letters, ordering all office supplies).
- Provide some PA and secretarial support to the Director and senior team.
- Piloting the studio
- Data entry across multiple software packages relating to learner activity.
- Data entry and analysis on learner dashboards and progression.
- Editing recordings and uploading for learner access.
- Assist with multi-media marketing and monitoring
- Supporting the planning and running of Innersummit events, workshops and webinars including but not limited to timetabling, and system updates.
- Monitoring reports and data submissions from curriculum delivery team against teams goals and targets
- Pre and post event evaluation survey compilation and basic analysis of the data
- Admin support to Innersummit staff and associates
- Contribution to Innersummit Wildly Important Goals including learner progress dashboards
- Take a lead in promoting the Innersummit ethos, vision and values
- Any other duties as may reasonably be expected, which are commensurate with the salary and grade of this post, including involvement in all areas of the Innersummit Business Delivery Model

- Competent in Office 365 and Google Workspace packages

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of GCSE grade C/4 in English and maths.
- Possess or be willing to work towards a Level 3 qualification in Admin
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
