We are looking for an interim **PA to Deputy CEO** to provide full coordination, secretarial and administrative support to the Deputy CEO in respect to management of funds and executive and personal responsibilities.

This is a **14-month FTC Maternity Cover** position.

This is a fabulous opportunity to work alongside our Deputy CEO, working in the midst of the Research teams. Key responsibilities include:

- Diary management including organising and managing meeting requests.
- Coordinating meetings, collating agendas, manage timing, ensuring attendees are well prepared for meetings.
- Planning and orchestrating work to ensure that priorities are met, organisational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
- Preparing briefing packs, document meeting notes, minuting meetings.
- Monitoring progress of ongoing matters and co‐ordinating action to meet deadlines.
- Maintaining priority lists and action points, including agendas for meetings with direct reports.
- Responding to and resolving queries when appropriate, delegating or passing work to other colleagues as appropriate.
- Compiling and producing PowerPoint presentations
- Collaborating with other Executive Committee (ExCom) PAs proactively to help progress the ExCom agenda.
- Arranging social events for the team / department
- Handle confidential matters with absolute discretion.
- Assist on any personal matters if required.

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Highly organised, diligent with excellent attention to detail, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- A reliable and visible member of the team whilst maintaining the upmost confidentiality.
- Someone with a desire to support teams and enable them to operate more effectively and efficiently.
- Able to work independently and interface effectively with other support staff.
- Trustworthy and credible through honouring commitments.
- At least 5 - 8 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant position in either financial or professional services
- Simultaneously supported several small teams comprising a total of circa ten individuals.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT skills including experience of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
