About the role
**Are you an experienced Finance Administrator with Accounts Receivable experience, looking for your next challenge?**

Here at Booker we are looking for an expert Administrator to join our new Finance Team of 5, based in Deeside, Wales.

This is a rare opportunity to join a new Finance Team here at Booker and be instrumental in its development

After a period of Training the role offers flexibility and work life balance with Hybrid working.

You will be responsible for
- Generating daily customer statements using SAP.
- Raising manual invoices to customers using Excel and then uploading the data into the SAP system.
- Allocating Cash on a daily basis, direct into the system.
- The collation and collection of Direct Debits.
- Managing the reversals of any unpaid Direct Debits by reversing the transactions back to the open ledger.
- Processing and resolving accounting queries received by our retailers, relating to financial queries and their deliveries.
- Ad hock duties to support Accounts Receivable and Credit Control.

You will need
- Experience in an office based or finance Administrative role.
- Previous Accounts Receivable knowledge.
- Excellent communications skills with both internal and external partners.
- Intermediate IT skills, including Excel and word.
- Logical and methodical way of working to ensure targets are met.
- Experience of Oracle/SAP is highly desirable, however full training will be given.
- To be an encouraging Teammate.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive, hard-working, and flexible approach.
