Finance Supervisor

**Job title =** Finance Supervisor

**Rate of pay =** £13.70 per hour

**Hours =** Part time 15 hours per work either 2 days per week or split over 4 or 5 days

**Core responsibilities**:

- Prepare month end accounts for issue to Directors and other stakeholders
- Forecast and monitor cash flow
- Assist with creating budgets and reforecasts
- Oversee and authorise payments
- Support with annual audit
- Ensure HMRC compliance in all areas such as VAT, Corporation Tax, PAYE
- Support and develop our Finance Administrator
- Share knowledge and expertise to assist senior managers with financial work
- There may be other finance or admin tasks that arise from time to time

**If you have the below qualities, skills and experience, we can’t wait to hear from you**:

- You have at least 2 years’ experience in a senior finance position
- You can prepare month end accounts including profit and loss and balance sheet
- You pay close attention to detail and have a high level of accuracy
- You are organised and like working to deadlines
- You communicate confidently with all levels within a business as well as external stakeholders
- You have previously managed or supervised a small team

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: £13.70 per hour
