The success of our core business has enabled us to expand our service offerings and today boasts a fleet of 50 modern trucks and trailers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting with weekly invoicing through our Transport Management Systems.
- Collating the weekly financial / statistical reports on customer and site management
- Accurately processing payroll for staff at the site and liaising with remote payroll team
- Maintaining Payroll schedules for holiday and sickness
- Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger processing
- Providing support to the Directors, specifically through Company Month-End & Client Period-End.
- Supporting the operational managers in providing day to day financial support.
- Daily\Weekly Bank Reconcilations
- Monthly Invoice Reconcilations
- Making suppliers payments, as authorised by the Directors
- Credit Control
- Input of weekly\monthly journals
- Assisting the Directors with monthly Management Accounts
**What were looking for in a Office Administrator**
- An individual with a strong finance background.
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Ensure accounting abilities are demonstrated
- Required to have an understanding of accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, as well as a comprehension of internal controls.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
