**Job Type**: Temporary to Permanent, Full Time
Location: Cwmbran, Wales, NP44
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5.00 pm
- Training: 2 weeks training in Tamworth, Staffordshire - all expenses paid for_
- Please note: a DBS Check will be undertaken during first 2 weeks of employment_

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Handling day-to-day office administrative tasks
- Engaging with customers via telephone
- Maintaining and updating internal systems accurately
- Serving as the primary liaison between customers and contractors
- Efficiently managing diaries and schedules
- Updating and managing documentation
- Ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Resolving customer complaints effectively
- Coordinating with suppliers for seamless operations
**Skills and Experience**:
- Proven experience in an office-based customer service role - including call centre and high volume calls
- Flexibility in working hours as required
- Availability to commit to a Temporary to Permanent contract
